Not as a collapse, but as a hollowing out. I founded NuHydration, the first mobile IV therapy company in Upstate New York, built to bring wellness and recovery directly to people’s doors, hotels, and events. What started as a small concept has grown into a thriving operation powered by an incredible medical team and strong local partnerships.

Friday Desk

Friday Desk is the “Headspace of interior design” — a wellness-driven workspace concept created to combat burnout and optimize focus. Built from 0–1, I developed the brand and concept, conducted market research, and designed offerings for companies seeking modern wellness perks, transforming home and office desks into mindful, creativity-boosting environments.

Key Achievements:

Conceptualized and built the brand from scratch, including visual identity and market positioning

Partnered with companies offering home office wellness allowances to create purpose-built desk environments

Integrated AI-driven interior design principles to optimize spatial layout, ergonomics, and emotional impact

Bock Nutritionals

As Brand & Product Marketer, I led the transformation of Bock Nutritionals into a modern, lifestyle-focused supplement brand. I managed product strategy, e-commerce, marketing, and partnerships, scaling visibility while modernizing the brand experience for today’s wellness consumers.

Managed relationships with 5 manufacturers and launched a private-label CBD line

Rebranded supplements to align with modern wellness aesthetics and rebuilt Shopify website

Ohayo Fizz

Ohayo (meaning “good morning” in Japanese) was built as a clean energy drink designed to boost focus, hydration, and mood — without the crash. I developed the concept from idea to execution, combining design, formulation, and brand storytelling around the theme of mindful mornings and intentional energy.

Highlights:

Concept Development: Created the brand identity, name, and positioning around “functional calm energy.”

Formulation Strategy: Developed a clean, low-sugar formula powered by natural caffeine, adaptogens, and electrolytes.

Packaging & Aesthetic: Designed minimalist cans inspired by Japanese mornings — soft tones, clear typography, and modern wellness cues.

Go-to-Market Vision: Built a brand plan focused on retail partnerships, morning rituals, and community-driven wellness campaigns.

Ohayo represents a new category in the energy space — one that wakes you up without wearing you out.

DAVID

I created a new product concept for DAVID Bar: a line of protein ice cream sandwiches leveraging the brand’s existing flavors and protein content. Spotting a whitespace opportunity in the growing functional ice cream market, I designed the concept to tap into current wellness and indulgence trends while capitalizing on DAVID’s brand momentum.

Key Achievements:

Developed full design mockups and extracted brand-aligned color codes from the existing DAVID website

Created a formulation using all DAVID ingredients, ensuring consistency with brand flavor profiles and nutritional goals

Positioned the concept in a market with minimal direct competition, projecting the potential to generate 7-figure incremental sales

Knotlify

I created the app Knotlify, 'The Resy of Weddings', to streamline the wedding planning process by creating a real-time notification platform that alerts couples when desired venue dates become available. Designed from the ground up, I built the concept, developed the MVP, and executed outreach and partnerships, bridging the gap between couples and venues in a largely untapped digital space.

Key Achievements:

Developed the platform from 0–1, including concept, MVP, and user experience design

Built and managed outreach to hundreds of wedding venues to integrate into the platform

Created marketing and acquisition strategies that targeted couples directly, focusing on ease-of-use and engagement

Positioned Knotlify as a first-mover solution in the wedding notifications space, streamlining a fragmented market
